Indi Dissanayake
Indi is a Provisional Psychologist, completing his Masters of Professional Psychology at the Australian National University. Indi completed his Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science (Psychology) at the University of Sydney. His Master's research focused on the utility of diagnostic systems in personality disorders. Whilst studying at Sydney, Indi has also been involved in research looking at the quality of the attachment bond between caregivers and children.
Indi's prior career experiences have involved working with young people in a variety of contexts. Indi comes from a private practice background working with children and adolescents with a variety of mental health challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and anxiety disorders. Indi also has experience mentoring youth with disruptive behaviour issues.
Given these experiences, Indi is passionate about working with families and children to help improve the quality and enjoyment of their everyday interactions and overall relationship together.
